Refund policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TAPT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.

If you believe your package is missing or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet left our warehouse.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Returns due to change of mind

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer once the order has shipped

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging

Return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and such returns may not be processed.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at thetaptstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
